At KR PAPER INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (Sol India), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Return Window

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition for Returns

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered. Products that are used, tampered with, or missing original packaging are not eligible.

How to Request a Return

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refund Credit Timeframe

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing. Please note your bank/payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Exchanges

• Damaged or defective items can be exchanged for the same product. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
